Maceration: skin maceration lasts for 7 days (8°c)
Fermentation: temperatures regulated: 23-27°c
Production in vat: carried out in underground thermo-regulated vats
A perfect harmony between Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, transforms into a rich purple hue fostering up aromas of fresh fruit, vanilla, and game.
The tannins are elegantly melted. The roundness in the mouth has a long lasting presence.
